While I was in the process of drawing “Ghost of Our Past,” I kept feeling as if he were reaching toward me, long before I had even sketched a hand. There was also an overwhelming sense that he was tangled and burdened by regrets, that were wrapping around him like a chain.

Now I am thinking “Why was he reaching out to me? “
